Admission Viewbook
A major piece to new student recruitment, the admission viewbook, displays all that Heidelberg University has to offer. From academics to extracurriculars, local town offerings to affordability/financial aid, this piece is a deep dive into what prospective students can expect from the University. A friendly, inviting approach is taken to display information through engaging infographics and vibrant photography. A lot of pride is taken in not using any stock photography throughout any of our university admission pieces, which allows for an authentic overall impression.
Deposit Push Poster
The rationale behind this spring poster mailing is to continue engaging students who have committed to attending Heidelberg in the fall, drive them to pay their deposit with the supporting letter, and to give them a scenic campus poster for displaying at their high school graduation party or in their future dorm room.
Departmental Major/Minor/Concentration Sheets
In an effort to enhance and update admission recruitment material, I initiated a redesign of all Heidelberg admission department sheets. The previous, trifold brochures were out of date and lacking in-depth of information. This new approach allowed for easier production, more in-depth course information and offerings to be shared, access to web url and QR code links to our university website, along with testimonials from relevant recent graduates to be displayed. I worked and collaborated with the 16 individual academic department chairs to ensure the accuracy of content. In total, we produced 18 distinct sheets.
Advertising:
Heidelberg University places ads in several regional publications, digital and print, to build brand awareness and promote specific academic offerings. Publications have ranged from but are not limited to Crain's Cleveland Business Journal, The Toledo Blade, and Cincy Magazine.

Branded Bus Graphics
The new Heidelberg branded bus allows for athletes and student groups to travel in comfort, style, and pride while also advertising their alma mater. A visually athletic approach to the design was taken to reflect the most common users of the bus, Heidelberg athletic teams.
